HR outsourcing services · Bangladesh

Complete HR outsourcing for foreign companies entering Bangladesh — entity or no entity.

You’re bringing a product, a service or a team into Bangladesh but you haven’t incorporated locally yet. We are your HR function from day one: Labour-Act-compliant contracts, NBR-clean onboarding, bilingual grievance handling and clean offboarding — all reviewed by a Bangladesh Barrister-at-Law.

HR outsourcing services · Bangladesh

Full HR cover for companies that haven’t registered a Bangladesh entity yet.

You’re planning to launch a product, open a market or hire your first team in Bangladesh — but the entity isn’t incorporated yet, and you don’t want to spin up an HR function from scratch just to get moving. We are that HR function, for as long as you need us.

Market-entry HR

You’re still deciding whether to incorporate. We hire your first Bangladesh people under our EOR, run their HR lifecycle, and hand the file over cleanly when your entity is live.

Pre-launch HR

Entity registration is in progress (typically 8–14 weeks with RJSC + BIDA). We keep the hires moving so your launch date doesn’t slip because of paperwork.

Ongoing HR outsourcing

You’ve decided you don’t want a Bangladesh HR team at all. We stay on as the permanent HR function, priced per active headcount.

Everything a foreign employer worries about — handled

Labour Act, NBR, contracts, culture — end-to-end.

Bangladesh has a specific labour code, a specific tax code and a specific way of doing HR. Miss any of it and your contracts don’t hold up in a labour court. Our HR-outsourcing service is built on top of a barrister-reviewed template that we refresh every quarter.

Who runs your account

Nusrat Jahan, MBA (IBA, Dhaka University) — 9 years HR ops across BPO, SaaS and financial services — is your named HR lead. Contract and compliance escalations are reviewed by Barrister Farhana Rahman (LL.B. Hons London, Barrister-at-Law, Lincoln’s Inn, enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council).

The compliance guarantee we can make

We do not promise “zero legal risk” — nobody credibly can. What we promise is this: every employment contract, every payroll run and every NBR filing we produce for you is built from a template reviewed by a Barrister-at-Law enrolled in the Bangladesh Bar Council, and refreshed every quarter against Labour Act 2006, NBR Income-Tax Act 2023 and BIDA circulars. If a labour court or NBR audit ever challenges one of our filings, we defend it alongside you at no extra fee.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you really do HR without us having a Bangladesh entity?

Yes — through our EOR. EORBangladesh Ltd. (RJSC C-186423/2019, BIDA/EOR-BD/2020/0472) becomes the legal employer of the people you hire, and we deliver the full HR service on top of that. You get the HR outcome without needing an entity in Bangladesh at all.

What happens when we do incorporate our own entity later?

We coordinate the transfer of the employment record (with employee consent), close out PF and gratuity under our EOR, and hand over a complete HR file — contracts, appraisals, leave records, tax certificates — to your new in-house HR team or ours (running under your entity). Standard timeline: 30–45 days from your notice.

Is Bangladesh HR really different from India or the Philippines?

Yes. Labour Act 2006 has its own definitions of “worker” and “employee” that determine PF, gratuity and notice entitlements. Two annual festival bonuses are effectively mandatory. NBR withholding slabs move every fiscal year. Notice periods are typically longer than what US or Middle-East employers expect. Our template is built for exactly this.

What about work-permits for expatriate hires?

Handled by our immigration partner Bengal Legal Consultants (Gulshan). Standard lead time for E-category or PI-category permits is 8–12 weeks, subject to BIDA and Ministry of Home Affairs approvals. Priced per application, quoted at scoping.

Do you support Bangla-language documentation?

Every employment contract, appraisal template, grievance letter and offboarding document is available in both English and Bangla. Payslips are bilingual as standard. Our HR lead and grievance-handler are native Bangla speakers.

Who signs off on the legal compliance side?

Barrister Farhana Rahman, LL.B. (Hons.) London, Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn), enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council, reviews every change to our standard contract and every material NBR/BIDA update. Site content on this page was last reviewed on 2026-09-07.
