Common questions
Can we use your HR service without your EOR service?
Yes. HR-only clients typically have their own Bangladesh entity but no local HR bench. Priced from USD 65 per employee per month (standalone), or bundled at no extra fee if paired with our EOR service.
Do you handle payroll if we use HR-only?
Only if you also engage our payroll-outsourcing service. HR-only clients keep their own payroll processor; we hand off the monthly HR file (starters, leavers, changes) by the 20th of each month.
Do you provide manager/employee training?
Yes, on request. Common ones: manager onboarding, harassment-prevention (POSH-equivalent), performance-conversation training. Delivered in English or Bangla by our HR lead, priced per session.
